About this role
The Interior Renovation Bilingual Project Manager is responsible for overseeing and managing the day-to-day operations of interior renovation construction projects, ensuring that work is completed on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards. This role involves coordinating with subcontractors, vendors, and project stakeholders, while ensuring compliance with safety regulations and company policies. The Project Manager will monitor progress, resolve issues, and provide leadersh. This is a construction opportunity with MDM CONTRACTING LLC in Fort Lauderdale, Broward County. General construction and site work — building, remodeling, and preparing structures. Crews handle everything from foundations and framing to demolition and finish work, often outdoors and on active job sites.
What you'll do
- Prepare and clean job sites, load and unload materials
- Assist skilled trades with framing, concrete, and structural work
- Operate hand and power tools safely
- Follow site safety protocols and wear required PPE
- Measure, cut, and position building materials to spec
