About this role

Industrial Maintenance Technician- 1st and 3rd Shift The Maintenance Technician builds, maintains, and repairs production machinery and mechanical systems in a food manufacturing environment. This role installs and assembles equipment, troubleshoots mechanical and electrical issues, performs preventive maintenance, and supports production teams with machine adjustments and changeovers. The technician ensures equipment operates safely and efficient. This is a electrical opportunity with Aerotek in Wilkes Barre, Luzerne County. Electrical installation, maintenance, and repair for residential, commercial, or industrial sites. Work ranges from running conduit and pulling wire to troubleshooting circuits and reading electrical plans.

What you'll do

  • Install wiring, conduit, outlets, and fixtures to code
  • Troubleshoot and repair electrical systems
  • Read blueprints and wiring diagrams
  • Test circuits and ensure NEC compliance
  • Assist licensed electricians as needed
