Industrial Laborer / General Laborer - Cement Plant
About this role
We are seeking dependable and hardworking Industrial Laborers / General Laborers to support operations within a large cement manufacturing facility. This hands-on position involves industrial cleaning, plant housekeeping, material handling, equipment area cleanup, and general labor duties throughout the facility. Candidates with backgrounds in construction, manufacturing, warehouse operations, demolition, landscaping, mining, quarry operations, or other physicall. This is a warehouse and logistics opportunity with ICR, Inc. in Victorville, San Bernardino County. Warehouse, picking, packing, and material handling. Associates move inventory, fulfill orders, and keep the floor organized and safe, often operating forklifts or pallet jacks.
What you'll do
- Pick, pack, and stage orders accurately
- Load and unload trucks and pallets
- Operate forklifts or pallet jacks (if certified)
- Scan and track inventory
- Keep the warehouse clean and organized
