Industrial Laborer We are seeking reliable and hardworking General Laborers to support on-site operationsThis role requires individuals who are comfortable working outdoors in a fast-paced industrial environment. Candidates must be ready to start immediately. This is not a light-duty position. Candidates must be reliable, willing to get dirty, able to listen and learn, and committed to showing up every day. Responsibilities: Perform general labor duties including sit. This is a construction opportunity with Aerotek in Priceville, Morgan County. General construction and site work — building, remodeling, and preparing structures. Crews handle everything from foundations and framing to demolition and finish work, often outdoors and on active job sites.
What you'll do
- Prepare and clean job sites, load and unload materials
- Assist skilled trades with framing, concrete, and structural work
- Operate hand and power tools safely
- Follow site safety protocols and wear required PPE
- Measure, cut, and position building materials to spec
