About this role

EHC is currently looking for an Industrial HVAC Technician for a client in the Conroe, TX area. A Licensed HVAC Technician will be responsible for the installation, maintenance, and repair of chillers as well as refrigeration systems. This role ensures optimal indoor climate control in primarily commercial and industrial settings while complying with safety and environmental regulations. Responsibilities: Diagnose and troubleshoot system malfunctions. This is a HVAC opportunity with Elevate Human Capital in Conroe, Montgomery County. Heating, ventilation, and air-conditioning install and service. Technicians install units, charge refrigerant, and diagnose airflow and electrical faults in residential and commercial systems.

Install and service HVAC units and ductwork
Diagnose refrigerant, airflow, and electrical issues
Perform seasonal maintenance and tune-ups
Follow EPA refrigerant-handling rules
Communicate repairs clearly to customers
