TempToFT Industrial Forklift Operator Location: Shafter, CA Pay: $21/hr. Schedule: Monday – Friday, 10:00 AM – 6:30 PM Job Type: Temp-to-Hire We are currently seeking an experienced Industrial Sit-Down Forklift Operator for a busy distribution yard in Shafter, CA. This is a temp-to-hire opportunity for a dependable, safety-conscious individual who is comfortable working in a fast-paced outdoor industrial environment. The ideal candidate will have recent sit-down forklift experience. This is a warehouse and logistics opportunity with Key Staffing in Shafter, Kern County. Warehouse, picking, packing, and material handling. Associates move inventory, fulfill orders, and keep the floor organized and safe, often operating forklifts or pallet jacks.

What you'll do

  • Pick, pack, and stage orders accurately
  • Load and unload trucks and pallets
  • Operate forklifts or pallet jacks (if certified)
  • Scan and track inventory
  • Keep the warehouse clean and organized
