About this role

HVAC Technician and Maintenance Maintenance at Optima Are you hardworking? Do you like a fast-paced, exciting environment? Are you a problem solver? As a HVAC Technician for Optima, you will have the opportunity to work directly for the developer performing maintenance service for a luxury apartment community. You will work on-site exclusively at our Optima Sonoran Village property each day. There will be minimal driving, if any, and you will work with an easily accessible flat rooftop when nee. This is a HVAC opportunity with Optima, Inc. in Paradise Valley, Maricopa County. Heating, ventilation, and air-conditioning install and service. Technicians install units, charge refrigerant, and diagnose airflow and electrical faults in residential and commercial systems.

What you'll do

  • Install and service HVAC units and ductwork
  • Diagnose refrigerant, airflow, and electrical issues
  • Perform seasonal maintenance and tune-ups
  • Follow EPA refrigerant-handling rules
  • Communicate repairs clearly to customers
