HVAC Technician and Maintenance Maintenance at Optima property each day. There will be involved in new construction within one requests Perform general maintenance such as plumbing, general carpentry electrical, drywall and appliance and valid driver’ s license. This is a electrical opportunity with Optima, Inc. in Scottsdale, AZ. Electrical installation, maintenance, and repair for residential, commercial, or industrial sites. Work ranges from running conduit and pulling wire to troubleshooting circuits and reading electrical plans.

What you'll do

  • Install wiring, conduit, outlets, and fixtures to code
  • Troubleshoot and repair electrical systems
  • Read blueprints and wiring diagrams
  • Test circuits and ensure NEC compliance
  • Assist licensed electricians as needed
