Our Client has a temp to permanent opportunity for a HVAC Technician in the Boston, MA area. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 5 years' experience in the preventative maintenance of HVAC, refrigeration, and plumbing systems within facilities or a public institution. A Universal EPA 608 Certification in HVAC and Refrigeration required. Experience in machining and fabricating parts in a machine shop required. Knowledge in the operation of lathes, welding e. This is a plumbing opportunity with Avery Partners in Boston, Suffolk County. Plumbing installation and repair for water, drain, and gas systems. Involves running pipe, setting fixtures, and diagnosing leaks or blockages in homes and commercial buildings.
What you'll do
- Install and repair pipes, fixtures, and water heaters
- Diagnose leaks, clogs, and pressure issues
- Cut, thread, and solder pipe
- Read plans and follow plumbing code
- Assist licensed plumbers on service calls
