About this role

POSITION SUMMARY Perform preventive maintenance of the major mechanical and life safety equipment at multiple properties within a geographic area or cluster. Drive from home base location to properties within area of responsibility to respond to service requests. Conduct monthly, quarterly, and annual life safety inspections, where allowed by local jurisdiction. Act as a technical resource for locations regarding corrective, preventative, and/or routine repair and maintenance procedures and tec. This is a HVAC opportunity with Marriott in Scottsdale, Maricopa County. Heating, ventilation, and air-conditioning install and service. Technicians install units, charge refrigerant, and diagnose airflow and electrical faults in residential and commercial systems.

  • Install and service HVAC units and ductwork
  • Diagnose refrigerant, airflow, and electrical issues
  • Perform seasonal maintenance and tune-ups
  • Follow EPA refrigerant-handling rules
  • Communicate repairs clearly to customers
