Residential HVAC Service Technician Location: Fort Pierce, FL Area Employment Type: Full-Time Compensation: $30 to $35 per hour based on experience plus commissions 2-10% (unlimited earning potential) Deliver reliable comfort and build lasting customer relationships as part of a trusted residential HVAC team. Technicians install units, charge refrigerant, and diagnose airflow and electrical faults in residential and commercial systems.

  • Diagnose refrigerant, airflow, and electrical issues
  • Perform seasonal maintenance and tune-ups
  • Follow EPA refrigerant-handling rules
  • Communicate repairs clearly to customers
