About this role

CoolToday is seeking an HVAC Service Technician to join our Technical & Maintenance team in the HVAC Wholesale industry. In this role, you’ll diagnose, repair, and maintain residential and light commercial HVAC systems while delivering exceptional customer service. You’ll perform preventative maintenance, troubleshoot equipment, recommend solutions, and accurately document work. Heating, ventilation, and air-conditioning install and service. Technicians install units, charge refrigerant, and diagnose airflow and electrical faults in residential and commercial systems.

  • Install and service HVAC units and ductwork
  • Diagnose refrigerant, airflow, and electrical issues
  • Perform seasonal maintenance and tune-ups
  • Follow EPA refrigerant-handling rules
  • Communicate repairs clearly to customers
