John C. Cassidy is seeking a full-time Service Manager to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing all operations within the Service department, including scheduling, dispatch, ticket reviews, invoicing, and customer service, while ensuring cost-effectiveness and adherence to quality standards. This role is crucial in meeting established service and Technician performance goals by optimizing labor and scheduling resources within the all. This is a HVAC opportunity with John C. Cassidy Holding Company in Riviera Beach, Palm Beach County. Heating, ventilation, and air-conditioning install and service. Technicians install units, charge refrigerant, and diagnose airflow and electrical faults in residential and commercial systems.

What you'll do

  • Install and service HVAC units and ductwork
  • Diagnose refrigerant, airflow, and electrical issues
  • Perform seasonal maintenance and tune-ups
  • Follow EPA refrigerant-handling rules
  • Communicate repairs clearly to customers
