JOB RESPONSIBILITIES FOR HVAC PROJECT MANAGER: Responsible for managing commercial and Industrial HVAC projects from mobilization to close out. Communicate all project schedules, tasks and deadlines with the field sheet metal and pipe fitter foreman. Request submittal documents for all required equipment and materials and create submittal packages for submission and approval by the mechanical engineer. Issue and track all purchase orders for equipmen. This is a plumbing opportunity with THERMAL AIR CONDITIONING, INC. in Pasadena, Los Angeles County. Plumbing installation and repair for water, drain, and gas systems. Involves running pipe, setting fixtures, and diagnosing leaks or blockages in homes and commercial buildings.

  • Install and repair pipes, fixtures, and water heaters
  • Diagnose leaks, clogs, and pressure issues
  • Cut, thread, and solder pipe
  • Read plans and follow plumbing code
  • Assist licensed plumbers on service calls
