Residential New Construction HVAC Mechanic Location: Georgetown Sobieski New Homes is looking to hire a full-time Residential New Construction HVAC Installer to win repeat business by doing quality installations of heating and cooling systems in residential new construction. This person would also help train HVAC helpers. Are you interested in a career with a growing company and supportive team ? Our HVAC mechanics typically works 7:00 AM - 3:30 PM with overtime expected during peak periods . T. This is a HVAC opportunity with Sobieski in Georgetown, Sussex County. Heating, ventilation, and air-conditioning install and service. Technicians install units, charge refrigerant, and diagnose airflow and electrical faults in residential and commercial systems.
What you'll do
- Install and service HVAC units and ductwork
- Diagnose refrigerant, airflow, and electrical issues
- Perform seasonal maintenance and tune-ups
- Follow EPA refrigerant-handling rules
- Communicate repairs clearly to customers
