About this role

Caretree Health HVAC / Maintenance Technician Caretree Health is seeking an experienced HVAC/Maintenance Technician to complete maintenance projects and maintain HVAC equipment at our nursing facilities. This position requires hands-on general maintenance skills combined with solid HVAC knowledge and involves regular travel between facilities located within approximately two hours of Rochester. Work is performed in occupied, resident-centered healthca. This is a HVAC opportunity with Caretree Health Corporate in Rochester, Monroe County. Heating, ventilation, and air-conditioning install and service. Technicians install units, charge refrigerant, and diagnose airflow and electrical faults in residential and commercial systems.

What you'll do

  • Install and service HVAC units and ductwork
  • Diagnose refrigerant, airflow, and electrical issues
  • Perform seasonal maintenance and tune-ups
  • Follow EPA refrigerant-handling rules
  • Communicate repairs clearly to customers
