About this role

Position Summary The HVAC Maintenance Technician provides heating, ventilation, and air conditioning (HVAC) support for The Willows of West Hills. This role works alongside the Maintenance Manager and a team of technicians to help ensure residents’ homes are safe, comfortable, and well maintained. In addition to HVAC responsibilities, this position supports general apartment maintenance, make-readies, groundskeeping, and participates in the on-call rotation. Key. This is a HVAC opportunity with Kibo Capital in Knoxville, Knox County. Heating, ventilation, and air-conditioning install and service. Technicians install units, charge refrigerant, and diagnose airflow and electrical faults in residential and commercial systems.

What you'll do

  • Install and service HVAC units and ductwork
  • Diagnose refrigerant, airflow, and electrical issues
  • Perform seasonal maintenance and tune-ups
  • Follow EPA refrigerant-handling rules
  • Communicate repairs clearly to customers
