About this role

And Responsibilities As an HVAC Maintenance Mechanic, under the direct supervision of the Facilities Supervisor, you will maintain our facility's environmental systems. Every day, you will assist with general maintenance, installation, and repairs of expansion units, chilled water fan cool units, refrigeration equipment, and pneumatic/electronic control systems. You'll handle both routine and emergency tasks, ensuring a comfortable, safe, and functional environment. To be successful. This is a HVAC opportunity with CommonSpirit Health in Ridgeside, Hamilton County. Heating, ventilation, and air-conditioning install and service. Technicians install units, charge refrigerant, and diagnose airflow and electrical faults in residential and commercial systems.

  • Install and service HVAC units and ductwork
  • Diagnose refrigerant, airflow, and electrical issues
  • Perform seasonal maintenance and tune-ups
  • Follow EPA refrigerant-handling rules
  • Communicate repairs clearly to customers
