About this role

Pay Range: $20.00 to $28.00 an hour. (Depends on work experience) Benefits: Health, Vision, Dental, Life, Payroll Protection. Note-Benefits are available the 1st of month after completing 90 days of employment. Paid Time Off: Employee receives 1-week paid time-off after 1 year of employment and 2-weeks after 5 years. Hours (per week): 40 Schedule: Monday Through Friday. 7:30 am to 3:30 pm. Overtime/Weekends: occasional Vehicle: OPM provides the vehicle for delive. This is a HVAC opportunity with Overland Park Mechanical in Stilwell, Johnson County. Heating, ventilation, and air-conditioning install and service. Technicians install units, charge refrigerant, and diagnose airflow and electrical faults in residential and commercial systems.

What you'll do

  • Install and service HVAC units and ductwork
  • Diagnose refrigerant, airflow, and electrical issues
  • Perform seasonal maintenance and tune-ups
  • Follow EPA refrigerant-handling rules
  • Communicate repairs clearly to customers
