About this role

Scottsdale Air seeks an experienced HVAC Install Lead to oversee residential and light commercial installations in our Construction/Skilled Labor department. You will lead a small crew, perform full system change‑outs and new installs, read blueprints, set and braze line sets, start up and commission equipment, and ensure code‑compliant, high‑quality workmanship. Responsibilities include mentoring apprentices, coordinating with customers and builders, documenting jobs, and enforcing safety stan. This is a HVAC opportunity with Scottsdale Air in Peoria, Maricopa County. Heating, ventilation, and air-conditioning install and service. Technicians install units, charge refrigerant, and diagnose airflow and electrical faults in residential and commercial systems.
