About this role
HVAC Foreman Full-Time position: 40 hours per week Salary Range: $115,000 per year Schedule: Monday - Friday 8:00 am - 4:30 pm Benefits: Medical, Dental, Vision Life, LTD, and 401(k) The ideal candidate should have CFC certification and/or license in refrigerant, transition and recovery, Maryland State HVAC Master License, and a current valid driver's license with clean driving record. Leisure World of Maryland Corporation (LWMC) the property managemen. This is a HVAC opportunity with Leisure World of Maryland in Silver Spring, Montgomery County. Heating, ventilation, and air-conditioning install and service. Technicians install units, charge refrigerant, and diagnose airflow and electrical faults in residential and commercial systems.
What you'll do
- Install and service HVAC units and ductwork
- Diagnose refrigerant, airflow, and electrical issues
- Perform seasonal maintenance and tune-ups
- Follow EPA refrigerant-handling rules
- Communicate repairs clearly to customers
