About this role

AMS Mechanical Services of Indianapolis LLC. is currently looking to add a Commercial/Industrial HVAC Construction Manager to our growing construction team. This is a full-time position between the office and various jobsites. The ideal candidate will be responsible for the control and management of multiple projects at any given time (multitasking) and is primarily responsible for the safe, timely and profitable completion of those projects. Responsibilities: ·. This is a HVAC opportunity with AMS Mechanical Services, LLC in Indianapolis, Marion County. Heating, ventilation, and air-conditioning install and service. Technicians install units, charge refrigerant, and diagnose airflow and electrical faults in residential and commercial systems.

  • Install and service HVAC units and ductwork
  • Diagnose refrigerant, airflow, and electrical issues
  • Perform seasonal maintenance and tune-ups
  • Follow EPA refrigerant-handling rules
  • Communicate repairs clearly to customers
