About this role

ABM is seeking an experienced Centrifugal Chiller Technician to support commercial and industrial customers throughout the Orlando area. This role is responsible for diagnosing, maintaining, repairing, and starting up large centrifugal chillers and related HVAC equipment. The ideal candidate has hands-on experience with Trane, York, Carrier, and/or Daikin/McQuay centrifugal chillers and is comfortable troubleshooting complex mechanical, electrical, refrigeration, and controls-related issues. Th. This is a electrical opportunity with ABM Industries in Lake Monroe, Seminole County. Electrical installation, maintenance, and repair for residential, commercial, or industrial sites. Work ranges from running conduit and pulling wire to troubleshooting circuits and reading electrical plans.

What you'll do

  • Install wiring, conduit, outlets, and fixtures to code
  • Troubleshoot and repair electrical systems
  • Read blueprints and wiring diagrams
  • Test circuits and ensure NEC compliance
  • Assist licensed electricians as needed
