About this role

Job Responsibilities Performs skilled manual labor and operates equipment such as excavator, backhoe, dozer, front end loader, lowboy truck tractor, and motor grader in a variety of activities associated with the construction, repair, and preservation of roads and bridges on the State Highway System. Operates equipment such as tandem dump trucks with trailers for hauling material and transporting equipment for maintenance and construction operations. Operates equipment such as pile driver, skid. This is a warehouse and logistics opportunity with State of South Carolina in Greenwood, Greenwood County. Warehouse, picking, packing, and material handling. Associates move inventory, fulfill orders, and keep the floor organized and safe, often operating forklifts or pallet jacks.
