APPLICANTS ARE ENCOURAGED TO APPLY AS SOON AS POSSIBLE The Nevada Department of Transportation is recruiting to fill the Highway Maintenance Worker 4 position in Cold Springs Maintenance Yard 60 miles outside of Fallon, NV. This a lead position and assumes the responsibilities of the supervisor in their absence. They are responsible for assisting the supervisor in planning and schedul. This is a landscaping and grounds opportunity with State of Nevada in Mound House, Carson City. Landscaping, lawn care, and grounds maintenance. Crews mow, trim, plant, and maintain outdoor spaces, keeping properties healthy and attractive year-round.

  • Mow, edge, trim, and blow properties
  • Plant, mulch, and maintain beds
  • Operate mowers, trimmers, and blowers
  • Install and maintain irrigation
  • Remove debris and keep sites tidy
