Immediately looking for an experienced and skilled construction and maintenance handyman who is available with his own tools to perform a variety of tasks in commercial and residential environments. Some of the tasks may include electrical, plumbing, HVAC, metal roof repairs, carpentry, painting, floor tiles, groundskeeping, etc. You do not have to be skilled in all the trades. Electrical installation, maintenance, and repair for residential, commercial, or industrial sites. Work ranges from running conduit and pulling wire to troubleshooting circuits and reading electrical plans.
