Handyman Kraus Management is currently seeking an experienced Handyman for residential buildings in the Bronx. Position summary: Perform repair work in apartments, building interior and exterior. Responsibilities · Carpentry: Replace/repair cabinets, countertops, closets, etc. · Vacancy Preparation: Performs repair work required to restore apt. for new tenant · Electrical: Performs electrical repairs in apt and common areas · Plumbing/Boiler: repair/replace washe. This is a electrical opportunity with Kraus Management Inc. in New York City, New York. Electrical installation, maintenance, and repair for residential, commercial, or industrial sites. Work ranges from running conduit and pulling wire to troubleshooting circuits and reading electrical plans.

What you'll do

  • Install wiring, conduit, outlets, and fixtures to code
  • Troubleshoot and repair electrical systems
  • Read blueprints and wiring diagrams
  • Test circuits and ensure NEC compliance
  • Assist licensed electricians as needed
