Sleep Inn is looking for a qualified handyman to join our team if your looking for a great work environment Sleep is the place for you with we are looking for someone to keep this property in tiptop shape. Must be able to perform maintenance around the property and carry at least 50ldb .Duties include Painting ,drywall repair ,grounds upkeep, installation of ptac units and other duties as assigned by manager. This is a painting opportunity with Devshiv LLC in Frederick, Frederick County. Interior and exterior painting and surface prep. Painters prep, prime, and coat surfaces, protecting finishes and delivering clean lines for homes and commercial spaces.

  • Prep surfaces — sand, patch, tape, and prime
  • Apply paint, stain, and coatings evenly
  • Protect floors, fixtures, and landscaping
  • Mix and match colors to spec
  • Clean up and maintain equipment
