About this role

Join our team as a Maintenance Mechanic, where 8AM to 4:30 PM Days Off: Monday & Tuesday Contribute to the General Services' team malfunctions, repair/replace plumbing and lighting maintenance of HVAC equipment, including setting, or construction- related industry. This is a plumbing opportunity with Erickson Living in Palm Beach Gardens, FL. Plumbing installation and repair for water, drain, and gas systems. Involves running pipe, setting fixtures, and diagnosing leaks or blockages in homes and commercial buildings.

What you'll do

  • Install and repair pipes, fixtures, and water heaters
  • Diagnose leaks, clogs, and pressure issues
  • Cut, thread, and solder pipe
  • Read plans and follow plumbing code
  • Assist licensed plumbers on service calls
