About this role

A Realty Home Services is a Maintenance Sevice for A Realty Management which is a full service Property Management Company that manages over 300 properties throughout multiple surrounding counties. We are looking for an experienced person to assist in maintenance and repairs of all our properties which include things from painting, basic Plumbing, Pressure Washing, Drywall, flooring, clean-outs and more. You must have a Clean Driving Record- DMV Report will be do. This is a plumbing opportunity with A Realty Home Services Inc in Spring Hill, Hernando County. Plumbing installation and repair for water, drain, and gas systems. Involves running pipe, setting fixtures, and diagnosing leaks or blockages in homes and commercial buildings.

  • Install and repair pipes, fixtures, and water heaters
  • Diagnose leaks, clogs, and pressure issues
  • Cut, thread, and solder pipe
  • Read plans and follow plumbing code
  • Assist licensed plumbers on service calls
