Champions Group is building a standing bench of General Manager talent — ready to step in and lead a residential HVAC, Plumbing, and/or Electrical business the moment the right opportunity opens across our operating footprint. This isn't a training program, and there's no fixed seat waiting for you on day one. It's a standing bench: we're identifying strong leaders now, so that when a GM seat opens in any of our markets,. This is a electrical opportunity with Champions Group Holdings in Long Island, Sacramento County. Electrical installation, maintenance, and repair for residential, commercial, or industrial sites. Work ranges from running conduit and pulling wire to troubleshooting circuits and reading electrical plans.

What you'll do

  • Install wiring, conduit, outlets, and fixtures to code
  • Troubleshoot and repair electrical systems
  • Read blueprints and wiring diagrams
  • Test circuits and ensure NEC compliance
  • Assist licensed electricians as needed
