About this role

Reporting to the Director of Operations, the General Manager – Miami Distribution & Warehouse is a highly hands-on leadership role responsible for the daily execution, organization, safety, and performance of the Miami warehouse, production, and distribution operation, which includes a large facility and a workforce of 15 employees. While this role provides operational oversight to two smaller satellite store locations, the primary focus is direct, on-site leadership of the Miami o. This is a warehouse and logistics opportunity with Painters Supply and Equipment Co. in Hialeah, Miami-Dade County. Warehouse, picking, packing, and material handling. Associates move inventory, fulfill orders, and keep the floor organized and safe, often operating forklifts or pallet jacks.

What you'll do

Pick, pack, and stage orders accurately
Load and unload trucks and pallets
Operate forklifts or pallet jacks (if certified)
Scan and track inventory
Keep the warehouse clean and organized
