Position Title: Groundman / Laborer Summary: To assist line crew or network crew members by working on the ground, handing tools and heavy materials to workers. To dig holes and pad ditches, and to perform other similar work in connection with the construction and maintenance of overhead and underground power lines. This position is the highest of a multi-step progression and is expected to know all aspects of Groundsman duties for the Company. Lower steps in thi.
