We're looking for reliable, hardworking General Laborers to join crews across a variety of industries — including construction, demolition, restoration, warehouse operations, cleanup, hotel housekeeping, and catering. No experience? No problem. If you show up on time, work hard, and take direction well, we'll train you for the rest. Drivers with their own vehicle are in high demand and may be eligible for additional. This is a warehouse and logistics opportunity with Appalachian Labor in Kingsport, Sullivan County. Warehouse, picking, packing, and material handling. Associates move inventory, fulfill orders, and keep the floor organized and safe, often operating forklifts or pallet jacks.

What you'll do

  • Pick, pack, and stage orders accurately
  • Load and unload trucks and pallets
  • Operate forklifts or pallet jacks (if certified)
  • Scan and track inventory
  • Keep the warehouse clean and organized
