This is a construction opportunity with Waste Connections in Groveland, Lake County. General construction and site work — building, remodeling, and preparing structures. Crews handle everything from foundations and framing to demolition and finish work, often outdoors and on active job sites.

What you'll do

  • Prepare and clean job sites, load and unload materials
  • Assist skilled trades with framing, concrete, and structural work
  • Operate hand and power tools safely
  • Follow site safety protocols and wear required PPE
  • Measure, cut, and position building materials to spec

Helpful skills

Physical stamina and ability to lift 50+ lbsReliable transportation and on-time attendanceBasic tool and blueprint familiarityOSHA-10 a plus
