Water Treatment Operator – Position Overview We are hiring Water Treatment Operators to support water movement and treatment for oilfield frac operations. This is a physically active, outdoor role with long shifts, steady overtime, and clear opportunities for advancement. Schedule & Pay Day Shift: 6 AM start — $20/hr Night Shift: 6 PM start — $22/hr Shifts run 14 hours with built‑in overlap Five‑day workweek Days off rotate every three weeks (Fri/Sat → transition. This is a production and manufacturing opportunity with Aerotek in Fort Lupton, Weld County. Production, assembly, and machine operation on the factory floor. Operators run equipment, assemble products, and meet quality and output targets.
