We are currently seeking experienced and dependable Handyman Technicians to join our contractor network. Job Responsibilities Perform general property maintenance and repair services. Complete work orders related to: Drywall repair and patching Interior and exterior painting Minor plumbing repairs Minor electrical repai. This is a electrical opportunity with Ramdi Property Solution in Glenwood, Volusia County. Electrical installation, maintenance, and repair for residential, commercial, or industrial sites. Work ranges from running conduit and pulling wire to troubleshooting circuits and reading electrical plans.
What you'll do
- Install wiring, conduit, outlets, and fixtures to code
- Troubleshoot and repair electrical systems
- Read blueprints and wiring diagrams
- Test circuits and ensure NEC compliance
- Assist licensed electricians as needed
