Minimum qualifications: Be at least 18 years of age Able to do basic math calculations, with and without a calculator Available to work a variety of shifts due to varying freight volumes, including days, evenings, nights and weekends Preferred qualifications: Dock or warehouse experience in the transportation industry Forklift experience in a freigh. This is a warehouse and logistics opportunity with XPO in Oxnard, Ventura County. Warehouse, picking, packing, and material handling. Associates move inventory, fulfill orders, and keep the floor organized and safe, often operating forklifts or pallet jacks.
What you'll do
- Pick, pack, and stage orders accurately
- Load and unload trucks and pallets
- Operate forklifts or pallet jacks (if certified)
- Scan and track inventory
- Keep the warehouse clean and organized
