Field Planner/Scheduler – Power Generation Construction
About this role
Turner & Townsend is looking for a Construction Planner/Scheduler to join our team to provide scheduling services to our client for a major power generation buildout in West Texas. The ideal individual will have a good understanding of the project control’s function and will be primarily responsible for updating and maintaining the construction schedule. *this role requires on site presence in Pecos, TX Responsibilities : Ability to coordinate & organize multiple sources of sche. This is a construction opportunity with Turner & Townsend in Hobbs, Lea County. General construction and site work — building, remodeling, and preparing structures. Crews handle everything from foundations and framing to demolition and finish work, often outdoors and on active job sites.
What you'll do
- Prepare and clean job sites, load and unload materials
- Assist skilled trades with framing, concrete, and structural work
- Operate hand and power tools safely
- Follow site safety protocols and wear required PPE
- Measure, cut, and position building materials to spec
