About this role

We are hiring in North Houston! Seeking Field Hands immediately! Assist field crews with daily operations by supporting equipment, materials, and job site activities. This position requires a strong work ethic, mechanical aptitude, and a commitment to safety while working in outdoor environments. Pay DOE $16-$18/hr. Overtime required Skills Mechanical aptitude and experience with hand tools. Ability to perform physical work outdoors in various weather conditions. This is a construction opportunity with The Theodoros Group in Conroe, Montgomery County. General construction and site work — building, remodeling, and preparing structures. Crews handle everything from foundations and framing to demolition and finish work, often outdoors and on active job sites.

What you'll do

  • Prepare and clean job sites, load and unload materials
  • Assist skilled trades with framing, concrete, and structural work
  • Operate hand and power tools safely
  • Follow site safety protocols and wear required PPE
  • Measure, cut, and position building materials to spec
