Facility Maintenance Technician We are seeking a skilled and reliable Facility Maintenance Technician to join our team. This is a critical hands-on role responsible for keeping our commercial/industrial facility operating efficiently and safely. If you have strong technical expertise in HVAC, mechanical systems, and building maintenance, we want to hear from you! Key Responsibilities: Perform installation, maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair of air condition. This is a HVAC opportunity with IMS Gear Georgia, LLC in Virginia Beach, Virginia Beach City. Heating, ventilation, and air-conditioning install and service. Technicians install units, charge refrigerant, and diagnose airflow and electrical faults in residential and commercial systems.

What you'll do

  • Install and service HVAC units and ductwork
  • Diagnose refrigerant, airflow, and electrical issues
  • Perform seasonal maintenance and tune-ups
  • Follow EPA refrigerant-handling rules
  • Communicate repairs clearly to customers
