Facility Maintenance Technician
About this role
The Facility Maintenance Technician inspections of the concrete/ asphalt for with forklifts. Repairing ballasts, LED drivers, and electrical/ plumbing systems Knowledge of HVAC RTUs. ~ Basic power, TPO roofing systems, and ability to apply general rules to specific. This is a electrical opportunity with Electrolit Manufacturing in Waco, TX. Electrical installation, maintenance, and repair for residential, commercial, or industrial sites. Work ranges from running conduit and pulling wire to troubleshooting circuits and reading electrical plans.
What you'll do
- Install wiring, conduit, outlets, and fixtures to code
- Troubleshoot and repair electrical systems
- Read blueprints and wiring diagrams
- Test circuits and ensure NEC compliance
- Assist licensed electricians as needed
