General Description of the facility maintenance is to keep the plant painting, light construction, weekly PM on all Maintains a safe and clean work environment office settings to warehouses, potentially exposing or the use of a forklift Schedule. This is a painting opportunity with Roli Roti in San Leandro, CA. Interior and exterior painting and surface prep. Painters prep, prime, and coat surfaces, protecting finishes and delivering clean lines for homes and commercial spaces.
What you'll do
- Prep surfaces — sand, patch, tape, and prime
- Apply paint, stain, and coatings evenly
- Protect floors, fixtures, and landscaping
- Mix and match colors to spec
- Clean up and maintain equipment
