About this role

We are looking for a dependable Facilities Maintenance Technician / Handyman to help maintain our commercial facility. If you enjoy solving problems, making repairs, and working independently, we'd like to hear from you. Responsibilities Perform general building maintenance and repairs Complete painting, drywall, carpentry, and handyman projects Perform basic plumbing and electrical repairs Assist with preventative maintenance, including HVAC filter changes Repair doors, locks, fixtures, ceilin. This is a electrical opportunity with MedCare Pediatric in Houston, Harris County. Electrical installation, maintenance, and repair for residential, commercial, or industrial sites. Work ranges from running conduit and pulling wire to troubleshooting circuits and reading electrical plans.

What you'll do

  • Install wiring, conduit, outlets, and fixtures to code
  • Troubleshoot and repair electrical systems
  • Read blueprints and wiring diagrams
  • Test circuits and ensure NEC compliance
  • Assist licensed electricians as needed
