About this role

Facilities Maintenance Technician (HVAC) The Facilities Maintenance Technician (HVAC) installs, inspects, maintains, and repairs HVAC and refrigeration systems across campus facilities under the supervision of the Facilities Supervisor. This role responds to service calls, troubleshoots equipment issues, performs preventive maintenance, and ensures compliance with safety and environmental regulations, including EPA and institutional standards. The technician works clo. This is a HVAC opportunity with Aerotek in Pecan Way Terrace, Orangeburg County. Heating, ventilation, and air-conditioning install and service. Technicians install units, charge refrigerant, and diagnose airflow and electrical faults in residential and commercial systems.

  • Perform seasonal maintenance and tune-ups
