Facilities Maintenance Technician The Maintenance Certified Master infrastructure (overhead doors/docks, HVAC, pallet wrappers). This and GMP's. Repair/finish drywall and paint. Install 460V rules/procedures, and accept constructive criticism. Physical Requirements. This is a HVAC opportunity with Organic Girl in Springfield, OH. Heating, ventilation, and air-conditioning install and service. Technicians install units, charge refrigerant, and diagnose airflow and electrical faults in residential and commercial systems.

What you'll do

  • Install and service HVAC units and ductwork
  • Diagnose refrigerant, airflow, and electrical issues
  • Perform seasonal maintenance and tune-ups
  • Follow EPA refrigerant-handling rules
  • Communicate repairs clearly to customers
