About this role
Facilities Maintenance TechnicianWe to provide a clean and safe environment painting, general carpentry, furniture, drywall, light fixture repair, plumbing fixture and/or medium construction and/or maintenance , rollers, concrete saws, paint a valid driver' s license.Must. This is a plumbing opportunity with Town of Prescott Valley in Prescott Valley, AZ. Plumbing installation and repair for water, drain, and gas systems. Involves running pipe, setting fixtures, and diagnosing leaks or blockages in homes and commercial buildings.
What you'll do
- Install and repair pipes, fixtures, and water heaters
- Diagnose leaks, clogs, and pressure issues
- Cut, thread, and solder pipe
- Read plans and follow plumbing code
- Assist licensed plumbers on service calls
