Facilities Maintenance Technician The Facilities Maintenance as scheduled; basic plumbing installation; building interiors; and general maintenance and repair will include working days; and occasionally nights maintain valid state-issued driver' s license, be eligible. This is a plumbing opportunity with Patterson-UTI in Conroe, TX. Plumbing installation and repair for water, drain, and gas systems. Involves running pipe, setting fixtures, and diagnosing leaks or blockages in homes and commercial buildings.

  • Cut, thread, and solder pipe
  • Read plans and follow plumbing code
