About this role

Facilities / Maintenance Technician Location: Onsite (5 days per week) | Johnson maintaining a clean, safe, and well removal and general property cleanup Assist with landscaping tasks such as trimming (lighting, HVAC checks, odds-and Valid driver' s license and clean. This is a HVAC opportunity with BURG'r & BARREL in Johnson City, TN. Heating, ventilation, and air-conditioning install and service. Technicians install units, charge refrigerant, and diagnose airflow and electrical faults in residential and commercial systems.

What you'll do

  • Install and service HVAC units and ductwork
  • Diagnose refrigerant, airflow, and electrical issues
  • Perform seasonal maintenance and tune-ups
  • Follow EPA refrigerant-handling rules
  • Communicate repairs clearly to customers
