About this role

The Facilities Maintenance leader is responsible for overseeing all equipment maintenance and facility functions supporting building operations. These functions include the repair and maintenance of mechanical, electrical, and HVAC, facility, and property maintenance, including facility inspections and compliance. Duties may include, but are not limited to: Essential Functions: Implements and maintains a preventative maintenance program to ensure equipment and facilities are in. This is a electrical opportunity with SabCon Underground in Cypress Gardens, Polk County. Electrical installation, maintenance, and repair for residential, commercial, or industrial sites. Work ranges from running conduit and pulling wire to troubleshooting circuits and reading electrical plans.

  • Install wiring, conduit, outlets, and fixtures to code
  • Troubleshoot and repair electrical systems
  • Read blueprints and wiring diagrams
  • Test circuits and ensure NEC compliance
  • Assist licensed electricians as needed
